NOTICE: all wigs are made to measure. Processing time is 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
CLOSING AND FRONT WIGS TAKE LONGER TO MAKE - MAY TAKE 5 working days.
We do not ship or process orders on holidays. A tracking number will be provided AFTER your order has been processed. Standard delivery is 3 business days within Canada and the US and varies for international delivery.
Wig Return Policy
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of the item, all sales are final.
Please measure and select options carefully. Wigs are manufactured to the selected specifications. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect measurements resulting in an unsuitable wig.
We are also not responsible for colour variations caused by monitor settings or photographs. If the wig requires a specific colour, please add a note containing the colour choice and brand.
Payments are non-refundable: once your payment is submitted, work begins on your purchase.
Due to the custom nature of Afrobraids wigs, payments are non-refundable and credit cannot be applied to future purchases.

Afrobraids is not responsible for lost packages or incorrect address information. However, we will make every effort to help you. Our shipments are marked with a tracking code to allow you to track your order.
